[Remote] Impound Specialist I

The Impound Specialist I will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing functions in accordance with Impound requirements, handling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process assigned volume reputed company Impound processes for appropriate handling reputed company established SLA
• Service Potential and Actual Impound calls reputed company established reputed company handling and correspondence requirements
• Complete end to end Impound functions with accuracy and in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure
• Assist other departments as reputed company as Impound vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in servicing center environment
• Established verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Adaptable to changes reputed company a face paced environment
• Experience in Impound processes
• Knowledge of Impound process, regulations, requirements and structure
• General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
