[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative responsible for supporting customer database growth through lead generation campaigns and managing customer communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for new software and services
- Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition
- Cross-sell referrals
- Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing
- Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to professionally represent the company and its products
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Self-driven, motivated, and results oriented
