A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. reputed company or reputed company permanent residents. Compensation & Benefits Estimated Starting Salary reputed company for CSR II: $18.74 - $20 per hour Pay commensurate with experience. Escalate to contact center supervisors any difficult customer issues that cannot be resolved at the CSR level. Have a thorough knowledge of reputed company GCBD Certification Instructions, Guides & Process Materials (IGPM’s), pertinent regulations and statutes, certification processes and requirements necessary to answer incoming contact inquiries as identified (training provided). Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
