Email Marketing Consultant (Apollo Expert) – One-Time Project

We’re looking for an experienced email marketing consultant to help us design and refine a complete outbound email marketing system using Apollo.io. This is a one-time, project-based engagement, but we’re open to future work if the collaboration goes well. Our goal is not just to send emails, but to build a scalable, structured outbound system that improves lead quality, deliverability, and response rates. Scope of Work You will help us: Audit our current outbound email setup (if any) Design a full Apollo-based outbound system, including: ICP definition & lead segmentation Apollo search & filtering logic Email sequence structure (cold → warm follow-ups) Personalization strategy at scale Optimize email deliverability: Domain setup & warm-up best practices Sending limits, timing, and throttling Spam avoidance & inbox placement Refine or create high-converting email copy frameworks Set up tracking & basic performance metrics Provide clear documentation or a handover playbook for our internal team Requirements Proven experience running cold email systems using Apollo.io Strong understanding of deliverability, inbox warm-up, and sender reputation Experience working with B2B outbound campaigns Ability to think in systems, not just sequences Clear communication and structured documentation Nice to Have Experience with other outbound tools (Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, etc.) Case studies or examples of past Apollo campaigns Experience working with agencies or service-based businesses Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
