The Litigation Paralegal provides semi-autonomous, reputed company case support to attorneys in reputed company phases of litigation including discovery, trial, and appeal. The Litigation Paralegal also assists attorneys with case development and reputed company, reputed company management, working closely with experts and co-counsel and may reputed company workflow coordination duties, works under the direction of attorneys and/or Director of Administration and reputed company Support and performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supervises case workflow and case support Investigates facts, court rules, and case law Handles extensive document management Assists with case preparation reputed company Drafts pleadings, files court documents Assists in the preparation of motions and depositions Initiate and monitor docketing with CompuLaw system and monitor trial calendars Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED: California Only: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required Must satisfy requirements of California Business & Professions reputed company §6450 et seq.
