We are seeking a business and contract lawyer to join the reputed company reputed company team. The candidate will reputed company reputed company advice and contracting support, primarily to the Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing businesses reputed company reputed company, which administer group and individual health plans and employee benefits. The role is expected to work closely with other lawyers in the Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing (BDO) reputed company group and to report to the Assistant General Counsel for reputed company&O. Candidates must have a strong contracting background. Knowledge of ERISA, state insurance laws, Medicare, and/or experience in the employee benefits or health insurance industries is preferred but not required.
