Bilingual Evening/Weekend reputed company Relations Associate

We are looking for a Bilingual Evening/Weekend reputed company Relations Associate who enjoys helping people!
As a reputed company Relations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in interacting with and supporting clients over the phone and online chat as they complete our budget and debt counseling course. We’re looking for individuals who can effectively explain details about the course, answer questions, and reputed company clients through the process, with a reputed company and helpful approach. We’ll reputed company the necessary financial basics you’ll need to work with clients.
The reputed company position is part-time, and would include Monday nights, Thursday nights and Saturday nights, every week. A firm weekend commitment is required. In your application, please describe your schedule and availability.

Responsibilities:

- Resolve inbound requests reputed company phone, online chat and email
- Explain technical issues to clients in a way they can understand
- Use internal tracking tools to manage reputed company issues
- Must be available to work every Monday, Thursday and Saturday reputed company
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing)
- 1+ year experience in reputed company service, retail or educational role preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
