Associate Director, Vendor Management

Job reputed company: • reputed company and execute outsourcing strategies for reputed company in collaboration with Clinical Development. • reputed company RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and bid defense meetings. • Ensure reputed company outsourcing activities conform to compliance standards. • Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and work orders. • Work cross-functionally to identify and manage special project initiatives. • Drive standardization and process improvement across vendors. • reputed company vendor performance through KPIs and governance meetings. • Collaborate with internal team members to manage vendor relationships. • Partner with Finance to forecast study budgets and manage financial accruals. • Train and reputed company clinical development and other relevant functional areas. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or reputed company field; advanced degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in clinical outsourcing/vendor management reputed company reputed company/biotech or CRO. • Experience in reputed company Sourcing a plus • Proven experience negotiating reputed company reputed company and managing vendor relationships • Knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and financial management. • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
