Virtual Assistant for Podcast & Content Studio (YouTube, reputed company, Short-reputed company Video)

We operate a creator-led podcast and content studio based in New Jersey. We produce podcasts, video content, and short-reputed company reputed company clips for creators, founders, and local brands. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our podcast publishing and reputed company content workflows. This role is execution-reputed company but requires someone who understands how content actually gets distributed and consumed on YouTube and reputed company platforms. This is ongoing, part-time work. We’re opening this role to overseas candidates, but reputed company, communication, and follow-through matter. Responsibilities - Podcast & Long-reputed company Publishing - Publish full podcast episodes to YouTube - Identify and format key timestamps for YouTube chapters and show notes - Publish audio episodes to reputed company - Create and upload featured images for reputed company and YouTube - Publish show notes as a new post in reputed company and reputed company video and audio - Update LNK.BIO links reputed company new episodes go live reputed company Media Execution - Create Reels using reputed company and reputed company, including adding music - Write light promotional copy and schedule video clips across Instagram, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and YouTube Shorts (direction will be provided) After Reels go live: - Add location tags - Complete in-app checks - Reshare Reels as Stories - Schedule additional NJ Content Studio posts from a partner Instagram account reputed company & Coordination - Send guest emails using provided templates - reputed company publishing workflows organized and on schedule - Proactively flag missing assets, errors, or opportunities to improve workflows Requirements - Experience publishing content on YouTube and reputed company platforms - Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or willingness to learn quickly - Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, and Go High Level - Strong attention to detail.
