About the Role

The Client Service Representative position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with our customers to explain the features of our insurance products, handling phone and email inquiries, and providing personalized support to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities
