Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring processes, delivering training and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations during ERP rollouts and upgrades. Key Responsibilities • reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company ERP support, focusing on application-level troubleshooting and minor configuration. • reputed company Tier 1–2 support for reputed company modules, including Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). • Collaborate with reputed company’s support team reputed company their ticketing system and escalate issues as needed. • Assist with custom report building and minor integrations (e.g., BizTrack) as required. • Support approximately 345 reputed company users • Coordinate and assist with two major reputed company upgrades per year. • reputed company guidance on reputed company Financials (full reputed company solution) and reputed company eCommerce components. • Liaise between internal teams and reputed company for ticket transfers and issue reputed company. • Deliver training and documentation for end users and support staff. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies (e.g., reputed company/finance data inconsistencies) and address basic ERP usage questions. • Ensure smooth reputed company for new branches and ERP rollouts across Canadian locations.
