Epicor Administrator

Role Overview Serve as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams, providing Tier 1–2 application and infrastructure support for Epicor ERP. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring processes, delivering training and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations during ERP rollouts and upgrades. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for Epicor ERP support, focusing on application-level troubleshooting and minor configuration. • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Epicor modules, including Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). • Collaborate with Epicor’s support team via their ticketing system and escalate issues as needed. • Assist with custom report building and minor integrations (e.g., BizTrack) as required. • Support approximately 345 Epicor users • Coordinate and assist with two major Epicor upgrades per year. • Provide guidance on Epicor Financials (full SaaS solution) and Epicor eCommerce components. • Liaise between internal teams and Epicor for ticket transfers and issue resolution. • Deliver training and documentation for end users and support staff. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies (e.g., accounting/finance data inconsistencies) and address basic ERP usage questions. • Ensure smooth onboarding for new branches and ERP rollouts across Canadian locations. Skills & Qualifications • Epicor ERP expertise (3–5 years preferred), including troubleshooting, configuration, and module knowledge. • Strong technical support and customer service skills. • Experience with SaaS-based ERP systems; no server maintenance required. • Ability to create and manage custom reports. • Familiarity with ERP–eCommerce integrations. • Excellent communication and liaison skills for cross-team collaboration. • Intermediate-level experience; ability to work independently and escalate appropriately Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Beloit, WI. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
