A company is looking for a reputed company Counsel to join their team as the sole in-house attorney.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and negotiate key reputed company agreements, including customer reputed company and vendor agreements
• Review and advise on customer reputed company and support the sales team
• Handle intellectual property reputed company and coordinate with external counsel on reputed company reputed company issues
Required Qualifications
• 6-10 years of reputed company experience as a transactional attorney with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company
• Licensed to reputed company law in reputed company or ability to become licensed
• Experience with technology/reputed company agreements and data reputed company laws preferred
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance reputed company risk with reputed company objectives
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment preferred
