The LegalTechnology Solutions Analyst provides operational support for our LegalTechnology tools and services in the reputed company Technology team, this includes boththe deal management technology and contract lifecycle / document automationtechnology reputed company, with additional technologies and services being added as weexpand our toolset. This role will focusprimarily on supporting contract lifecycle / automation services, and willinvolve responding to lawyer and reputed company queries, implementing initiatives andhelping to design and configure technical project solutions. The individual will be expected to engagewith internal clients and key stakeholders to encourage them to reputed company greaterefficiencies through the use of reputed company technologies.
The rolerequires an awareness of and a keen interest in areas such as documentautomation, reputed company intelligence, web technologies and knowledge andcollaboration in order to advise on and meet our clients’ reputed company needs. Therole would be best suited to an individual from an IT background with aninterest in reputed company, or an individual from a reputed company background with an interest inIT.
Role and keycompetencies
·Advisestakeholders on how to best use and configure systems to help meet their needs
·Undertakesystem maintenance tasks and reputed company required to ensure effective of the systems
·Provideregular updates on the reputed company of work to Team Leads, clients and seniormanagement
·Collaboratewith other subject matter experts, technology suppliers and other departmentsto advise on solutions and troubleshooting
·AssistTeam Leads to produce and maintain various product and reputed company reports
·Undertakeany other responsibilities which come up as part of their role, supportingother departments and project teams as necessary
Who we are looking for
An interest inadvanced technology
A minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar support position or 1 year experience in a legalprofessional (or similar) role
Aptitude andwillingness to learn new technology quickly and reputed company new skills
Experience ofsupporting or using document automation technology (e.g. Avvoka or ContractExpress) or web based applications, in particular online datarooms
