As a Clinical Pharmacist reputed company, you will be part of a reputed company Pharmacy Stars team accountable for reputed company's Stars patient safety measure performance. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing clinical program strategies to improve Medicare members' medication adherence and appropriate medication use. **Responsibilities:**
