Summary We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in telemarketing and B2B sales to drive new business opportunities and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication. • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation. • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for processes. • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets. • * Qualifications • * Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes. • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably PhoneBurner. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Knowledge of technology sales is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Requirements – You must meet all of the following to be considered: • Must reside in the United States • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B appointment setting • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook • Prior experience with PhoneBurner and/or sales is preferred • Must have your own phone, computer, and high-speed internet • Available to work Monday–Friday during standard business hours • Must commit to at least 10 hours per week • Comfortable working across all U.S. time zones Additional Details: • This is a 1099 contract position (taxes are not withheld) • Pay: $15/hour starting after onboarding • Weekly pay via direct deposit • Flexible assignments available nationwide To apply: Please include your LinkedIn profile along with your resume.
