Support Analyst

They are seeking a Consumer Support Analyst to serve as a reputed company of contact for inquiries and disputes, ensuring effective reputed company and maintaining customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to retailer inquiries reputed company telephone or email
- Resolve retailer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, product application and/or compatibility reputed company
- Troubleshoot, repair, and ship devices
