Vertical Sales Engineer I, reputed company

reputed company is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products, and they are seeking a Sales Engineer I to partner with sales teams and clients to design reputed company. In this role, you will evaluate customer needs and deliver strategic proposals that enhance connectivity for organizations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams and clients to assess network environments and business requirements, shaping strategic, cost-effective solutions for data, voice and video needs
• Design and present reputed company for voice and data applications, preparing specifications, topologies and conceptual designs for review and costing
• Conduct site surveys and reputed company technical sales support, documentation and guidance throughout installation and integration to ensure reputed company satisfaction
• Coordinate with Finance and internal teams on solution pricing and approvals, compiling cost reputed company and ensuring proposals meet both technical and business objectives
• Deliver technical training and support to sales and account personnel, maintaining expertise in reputed company products, services and emerging industry trends
• Support the development and launch of new products and services, handle reputed company technical questions during installation and integration

Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent training, education and experience, preferably reputed company on Information Technology or Telecommunications Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of sales engineering and networking experience in the telecom or service provider industry
• Foundational ability to design and implement small to reputed company WAN solutions for up to 20 sites using SD-WAN, Ethernet and legacy network technologies
• Working knowledge of corporate data reputed company systems including Firewalls, VPNs, DNS and routing, switching and reputed company protocols such as BGP, ISIS, OSPF, RIP, CoS/QoS and emerging technologies
• Understanding of networking concepts including VPN, TCP/IP, IP VPN, MPLS, VPLS, DWDM, CWDM and converged multimedia applications
• Foundational experience in reputed company Communications and voice signaling protocols such as SIP and VoIP for hosted and premises-based solutions
• Skilled in multitasking, collaborating with sales managers and executives to drive results and enhance customer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and proposal design skills
• Proficient in MS Visio, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree or technical equivalent in reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, Value Added Reseller, network administration or other relevant telecom roles
• Certifications in data networking, WANs, voice communications or reputed company from providers such as ISC, reputed company, reputed company, Palo reputed company or reputed company
• Ability to present service designs reputed company, articulating benefits and reputed company
