Salesforce Admin to Keep My Pipeline Up to Date (2–3 hrs/week)
I’m a busy Business Development Lead and a lot of my time is lost on Salesforce admin instead of prospecting and closing deals. I’m looking for a Salesforce Admin who can support me on an ongoing basis (around 2–3 hours per week) and keep my pipeline clean, accurate and well reported at all times.
Your main responsibilities:
Keep opportunities and pipeline fully updated (stages, amounts, close dates, next steps)
Create and maintain dashboards and reports so I can clearly report performance to my managers
Build simple reporting views for different stakeholders (e.g. weekly forecast, monthly summary, activity overview)
Help with data hygiene (duplicates, missing fields, basic data imports/updates)
Make small tweaks to fields, layouts and list views to improve usability
Occasionally suggest simple process improvements to save time and improve visibility
What I’m looking for:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Admin
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and sales pipelines
Very organised, detail-focused and proactive
Confident creating clear, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports for leadership
Clear communicator who can work independently and flag issues before they become problems
Able to reliably commit to a small number of hours each week
