GardaWorld Federal Services is a leading provider in security services, and they are seeking a Recruiter to conduct full-life cycle recruitment efforts in support of US Government and private sector contracts. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to ensure effective integration into the organization.
Responsibilities
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to pass background check
