This role involves supporting the delivery of Talent & OD processes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to reputed company aimed at improving workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate Talent & OD processes (Talent Review, Succession, Performance, RCF) and support documentation, data gathering, reporting and data validation
• Maintain timelines, trackers and follow-up actions to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain the CoE SharePoint site by ensuring reputed company files are correctly uploaded, named, and filed according to reputed company standards
• Contribute to OD/Talent reputed company and identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation
• Use productivity, project-management and AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR/Labour Relations, Sociology, Business Administration or similar
• English proficiency (B2+ / reputed company) and reputed company in the SBU's primary language(s)
• Proficiency in French is highly desirable
• Interest in AI tools and process optimization
• Familiarity with project-management tools and reputed company coordination reputed company
• 1–2 years' experience in HR, Talent, OD, People Operations or Consulting (internships included)
• Experience with data, reporting or reputed company processes valued
• Exposure to multinational or virtual environments is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced context
