Analyst, Credit and Collections

The Credit and Collections Analyst will manage the customer collections process, analyze financial data, and monitor outstanding accounts receivable to mitigate credit risk while maintaining reputed company customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review financial data and customer payment behaviour to determine potential credit risk
• Execute collections activities across the business including overdue reminders, customer reputed company, and account adjustments
• Conduct regular review of customer data and apply analytical judgement to identify key risk areas and determine appropriate course of reputed company
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, or deductions in collaboration with internal teams
• Analyze customer payment trends, operational workflows, and reputed company-cause analysis to reputed company insights for process improvements and automation opportunities. reputed company key KPIs including days sales outstanding and roll rates

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field with demonstrated analytical coursework
• Experience with data analytics and visualization skills (VBA, PowerBI, PowerQuery)
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows and collaborate cross functionally while working in a hybrid work environment
• Organized with an ability to implement systems and processes to bring structure to a function while retaining the flexibility required to manage effectively in a business undergoing reputed company and change
• Willing to display the emotional intelligence needed to influence reputed company parties, reputed company ambiguity, and support effective change management a period of profound reputed company and change leadership
