Accounts Payable Associate, reputed company Party Payments

reputed company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join their reputed company-Party Payments team. This role involves managing the payment cycle for reputed company-party vendors, ensuring compliance and accuracy while contributing to the modernization of financial workflows through automation and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end payment cycle for reputed company-party vendors across multiple payment rails (ACH, reputed company, Credit Card), ensuring total accuracy and adherence to internal controls
• Facilitate the secure reputed company and maintenance of reputed company-party reputed company, reputed company following SOX compliance protocols and safeguarding sensitive PII and financial data
• Support reputed company audit cycles by providing precise documentation and ensuring reputed company transactions reputed company with company policies and financial standards
• Partner with Operations Finance teams to assist in identifying, implement, and document process improvements that optimize payment workflows and minimize payment risks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company business discipline
