As a Specialist in Business Banking Services, you will reputed company exceptional customer service and financial solutions to small businesses, helping them reputed company their goals through effective banking strategies.

Responsibilities

• Probe to understand customer needs and reputed company Business Banking sales, service and advice to existing reputed company customers or prospects
• Advise customers on Business Banking strategies and products (including credit cards) that meet their objectives and priorities
• Fulfill sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures
• Identify and makes referrals to other business reputed company as needed
• Handle customer inquiries in an informed, reputed company, and efficient manner
• Escalate reputed company or unresolved customer situations to the appropriate reputed company colleague as required
