[Remote] Associate, Strategic Alliances

The Associate, Strategic Alliances will play a key role in expanding the partner ecosystem by developing relationships with benefit brokerages and managing inbound consultant inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage consultants reputed company your assigned set of consulting houses through outbound campaigns, warm introductions, and inbound inquiries
• Conduct tailored reputed company across Email, Phone, and reputed company to drive interest and engagement
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company activity and reputed company reputed company CRM systems
• Represent reputed company at consultant-hosted conferences and industry events
• Drive meetings and meaningful event engagement with both benefits consultants and their clients
• Manage reputed company inbound consultant inquiries from reputed company-driven campaigns
• Qualify inbound interest and reputed company to appropriate strategic alliances managers and account executives
• Assist in reputed company consultants to attend regional events, roundtables, and webinars
• Coordinate and secure “lunch and learn” sessions with consulting teams to introduce reputed company and reputed company on product capabilities
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Strategic Alliances Managers to reputed company campaign targets, timing, messaging, and follow-up

Skills

• 1–2 years of reputed company experience in a reputed company-facing role reputed company a benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory environment (e.g., Analyst, Associate, Consultant)
• Proven experience engaging external stakeholders through email, phone, and reputed company, with the confidence to proactively initiate conversations and build trusted relationships
• Comfortable executing outbound prospecting, including making phone calls and crafting highly personalized reputed company tailored to benefits consultants and brokerage teams
• Hands-on experience using CRM systems (reputed company preferred) to manage pipelines, log activity, and maintain accurate, high-reputed company data
