Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to U.S.-based prospects
• Qualify leads using predefined criteria and scripts
• Clearly explain MyBuilderCPA's services and value proposition
• Schedule appointments accurately and confirm attendance
• Log call outcomes and notes in the CRM
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence with prospects
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
• Communicate proactively with the internal team

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, call centers, or outbound sales
• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication style
• Highly organized and dependable in a remote work environment
• Comfortable using CRMs, dialers, and scheduling tools
• Ability to work aligned with U.S. time zones
