Civil Technician

They are seeking a Civil Technician to assist in various phases of project development, including planning, design, and construction, while collaborating with engineers and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of project development, such as planning, design, and construction
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for projects
- Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in civil engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field
- Certification as a Civil Engineering Technician
- Experience with GIS software
- Knowledge of state and local building codes
- OSHA certification for construction safety
