Manning Kass is a national civil litigation defense firm seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join one of their California offices in a hybrid remote reputed company. The role involves engaging in reputed company phases of litigation, from case evaluation to trial, while focusing on strategic thinking to reputed company reputed company goals.

Responsibilities

• Drafting extensive written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, documents requests and request for admissions
• Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation
• reputed company and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required
• You must be licensed to reputed company in the reputed company
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written
• Time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines is required
• Experience handling discovery for reputed company reputed company, with substantial knowledge of evidentiary objections in responding to discovery
