As a Mechanical Engineer I, you will design, test, and sustain advanced analytical systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build instruments that accelerate biologic drug development.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test opto‑reputed company‑mechanical systems to meet performance, reliability, and product requirements
• Collaborate hands‑on across mechanical, electrical, optical, fluidic, software, and scientific disciplines to reputed company and sustain life‑science instrumentation
• Prototype, iterate, and conduct system‑level testing to evaluate performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine designs

Skills

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams in a hands‑on R&D environment
• Experience with CAD modeling, mechanical drawings, and tolerancing for design and documentation
• Hands on experience building, testing, and troubleshooting physical systems
• SolidWorks for part, assembly, and drawing creation
• ASME GD&T standards for precision mechanical design
• Machining, bench‑level fabrication, or reputed company 3D prototyping to support quick iterations
