[Remote] New Markets Tax Credits Associate

The ideal candidate will have transactional experience involving New Markets Tax Credits and should be motivated with strong reputed company credentials and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and lenders in reputed company reputed company estate finance transactions, including construction lending transactions
• Review title and survey and draft loan documents

Skills

• One to five years of transactional experience involving New Markets Tax Credits and/or Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits
• Experience representing clients and lenders in reputed company reputed company estate finance transactions, including construction lending transactions
• Motivated self-starters with strong reputed company credentials
• Superb judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to exceptional reputed company service
• Ability to reputed company in a demanding work environment
• Strong fundamentals, including experience with title and survey review and loan document drafting
