Assistant Administrator - Fund Administration

JTC Group is a company that provides fund administration services, and they are seeking an Assistant Administrator to support their Fund Administration team. The role involves day-to-day reputed company and reporting activities for private equity and reputed company estate funds, as reputed company as serving as the primary reputed company of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reputed company of contact for clients to handle information requests, account maintenance, website use and deliver reputed company services to ensure reputed company satisfaction
• Processing and reporting investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers and the associated reputed company reputed company
• Reviewing due diligence documents for fund investors
• Liaise with management in reviewing AML/KYC of Investors
• Liaise with Treasury in confirming cash activity and preparing confirmations for investor delivery
• Daily interaction with clients and internal reputed company reputed company email, telephone, and live chat
• reputed company reliable problem/issue reputed company services to clients
• Responsible for the day-to-day reputed company and reporting for private equity and reputed company estate funds
• Processes general reputed company activity for investor-level, fund-level, and investment-level transactions
• Handles daily cash activity, reputed company transfers and bank reconciliations
• Maintain electronic and hard copy reputed company files on a daily reputed company and archiving as necessary
• Prepares investor capital reputed company and distribution notices
• Assists external auditors during year-end audits
• Interacts with clients on day-to-day reputed company as reputed company as on reputed company queries
• Adhere to JTC reputed company values and expected behaviours

Skills

• College degree (reputed company business, mathematics, finance or economics degree preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong reputed company expertise
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
• Private equity experience or fund administration a plus
