**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting quality checks on prior day's calls to ensure customer satisfaction
* Scheduling visits with maintenance customers and following up on reviews (positive and negative)
* Offering promotions and upselling opportunities to customers on our list
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer service through live chat, phone calls, and proactive outreach
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
