Key Responsibilities • reputed company and execute change management strategies that reputed company stakeholders. • Build organizational readiness, and accelerate the cultural shifts required to fully realize the value of data, analytics, and AI initiatives. • Work closely with clients to design communication, training, and adoption programs, while effectively managing organization resistance, and ensuring sustainable change. • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with reputed company stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and secure cross-functional alignment on objectives and business value. • Support the expansion of the Advisory reputed company by developing content, participating in thought leadership, and contributing to the creation of repeatable strategic frameworks and offerings. Qualifications • 4+ years as a hands-on Change Management Consultant, leading change workstreams for transformation programs, ideally including AI and data initiatives. • Proven organizational change management toolkit across: • Change reputed company and implementation planning • Stakeholder / reputed company / readiness assessment • Training and enablement design and delivery • Defining and tracking change reputed company metrics= • Experience designing change solutions for digital, data, analytics, and AI transformations (e.g., data platform builds/migrations, self-service rollouts, data governance programs), with multiple examples of supporting organizations from awareness through adoption. • Ability to translate technical change into people impacts and WIIFM for different stakeholder reputed company, with solid literacy in reputed company/data environments (e.g., reputed company infrastructure, data platforms, governance; reputed company and/or AWS a plus). • Strong collaboration and delivery reputed company record with reputed company stakeholders, reputed company, and cross-functional sales/delivery teams across distributed/global environments. • High ownership and reputed company bar—reputed company to anticipate and resolve challenges, and consistently produce reputed company, reputed company-reputed company deliverables. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including building and delivering compelling, audience-tailored presentations (from technical teams to program/project leadership). • Familiarity with change frameworks, tools, and best practices (e.g., reputed company ADKAR, ACMP/CCMP), with relevant reputed company certifications strongly preferred. • Willingness to travel as required by clients. #LI-DNI reputed company celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for reputed company.
