Key Responsibilities

• reputed company strategic reputed company counsel to senior management and the reputed company on key business reputed company
• Draft, review, and negotiate software, logistics, fulfillment, and eCommerce agreements
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in international, reputed company, and software law, ideally in eCommerce or retail
• Background in both reputed company and in-house counsel roles with a reputed company record of strategic reputed company
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company tracking systems
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus
