Senior Workers Compensation Claims Examiner | Remote

Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their Texas team. This remote position is responsible for managing Texas Workers’ Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Texas law and proven experience handling reputed company claims. This is a reputed company-to-Hire opportunity offering remote flexibility, medical/dental/reputed company/401k benefits, reputed company, and the potential to transition to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: • Independently handle moderate to reputed company Texas Workers’ Compensation claims from start to reputed company. • reputed company medical treatment and billing, ensuring compliance with Texas Workers’ Compensation guidelines and appropriate cost management. • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and their attorneys in accordance with Texas law. • Maintain accurate documentation and reputed company excellent customer service while adhering to company best practices. Requirements: • 3 - 7+ years of experience handling Texas Workers’ Compensation claims. • reputed company TX adjusters license required. • In-depth knowledge of Texas Workers’ Compensation law and regulations. • Proven experience managing litigated files. • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
