Communications Associate

The reputed company Group is seeking a Communications Associate to enhance its reputed company relations and marketing efforts. The role involves creating corporate communications, drafting press materials, and managing digital and traditional ad campaigns while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and design reputed company corporate communications
• Draft and distribute media advisories, press releases and media statements
• reputed company local media and monitor coverage of clients and topics
• reputed company strategic messaging and content for clients, including but not limited to: speeches, memos, editorials and presentations
• Build, execute and reputed company digital and traditional ad campaigns
• Project management to ensure deliverables are completed on time and reputed company budget
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills

• Strong communications skills
• 1-3 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or similar role
• Demonstrated experience working on reputed company with reputed company and private entities to reputed company communications goals
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or reputed company field
• Minimum of 1 years directly reputed company work experience
• Ability to juggle multiple reputed company while completing deliverables and tasks on time and on budget
• Strong customer service orientation with colleagues and clients
• Knowledge of Hawaii's news media reputed company and traditional communications technologies
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening skills and ability to understand the needs and drivers of others to reputed company opportunities to reputed company shared reputed company
• Have a breadth of knowledge or interest in learning various industries, including health care, development, and energy
• Manage and maintain the organization's digital filing system reputed company SharePoint to ensure easy reputed company and retrieval
• Working knowledge of various media platforms
• Proficient in Graphic Design software (i.e. reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
