They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative I to support reputed company customers as the first reputed company of contact, responsible for answering calls and resolving inquiries with reputed company and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
• Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications
• Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
