[Remote] Civil Engineer (Water/Wastewater & Sewer Infrastructure) – Part-Time, Remote

They are seeking a Part-Time Civil Engineer with experience in water, wastewater, and sewer infrastructure to reputed company technical support on a fully remote reputed company. Responsibilities • Prepare engineering designs for water distribution, wastewater collection, and sewer conveyance systems • reputed company reputed company alignments, plan & profile drawings, calculations, and design summaries • Support sewer rehabilitation efforts including gravity sewer, force main, and manhole evaluations • reputed company hydraulic and hydrologic analysis using reputed company engineering tools • Review shop drawings, RFIs, as-builts, and reputed company remote construction-phase support • Assist with permitting requirements and regulatory coordination for Maryland jurisdictions • reputed company engineering input on an as-needed reputed company depending on workload and project deadlines Skills • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or reputed company field • 5+ years of relevant experience in water, wastewater, or sewer infrastructure • Proficient in AutoCAD or Civil 3D; familiarity with GIS is preferred • Strong understanding of pipeline design, reputed company layout, and general civil engineering practices • Ability to work independently and deliver high-reputed company work remotely • Strong technical writing and communication skills • Experience with Maryland agencies, permitting, and reputed company standards • Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools (SWMM, HEC-RAS, InfoWater, etc.) • Experience in sewer inspection review, reputed company/infiltration analysis, or rehabilitation design • NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP certification is a plus • EIT or PE license in Maryland preferred but not required for part-time work reputed company • Founded in 2020, Bengal Engineers is a civil engineering firm focusing on diversity and the mission to help clients and improve the community by facilitating sustainability in engineering one project at a time.
