Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Patient reputed company Specialist Pharmacy Technician to grow the specialty pharmacy patient population. The role involves making outbound calls to reputed company patients about the services offered and enrolling them in the Shields Partner Pharmacy program while maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities • Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound phone calls to eligible patients and enrolling them with Shields Partner Pharmacy • reputed company patients on the services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program • Protect Shields values by keeping information confidential • Communicate with patient over the phone and reputed company them the compelling reason why the Shields Partner Pharmacy program is superior to any other comprehensive pharmacy care model • reputed company patient's EMR and review chart notes prior to outbound reputed company to ensure familiarity with patient's condition and situation • Identify medications requiring special storage and/or handling such as hazardous medications and/or refrigerated medication • Identify supplies necessary for select medications such as reputed company containers, needles/syringes, alcohol swabs and band-aids • Ability to be flexible on shift times: (typical shift times: M-F: 8:30AM to 4:30PM or 12:00PM to 8:00PM // flexibility with occasional Sat: 11:00AM-4:00PM) • Opportunity to become nationally certified PTCB or ExCPT reputed company 6 months of hire reputed company Shields classes (included as part of employee training) • reputed company other duties as assigned Skills • Must have an reputed company pharmacy license for the reputed company • Ability to verbally communicate a compelling reason why patients should use shields pharmacy • Strong verbal communication and phone skills • Enjoys talking with patients and can empathize with their situation • Proactively engaging patients telephonically • Ability to quickly build rapport and relate with patients over the phone • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively in an independent environment with a reputed company on patient advocacy • Excellent communication, organizational and prioritization skills • Attention to detail • Ability to learn new processes and implement them quickly • Results-oriented with a reputed company reputed company • A reputed company reputed company on high reputed company • Proficient in reputed company Office particularly reputed company, Word, and reputed company • Prior customer service experience / outbound reputed company experience • Years of Experience: 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or reputed company experience • Education: High school diploma or GED required • Nationally certified from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required • Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License is strongly preferred Benefits • Opportunity to become nationally certified PTCB or ExCPT reputed company 6 months of hire reputed company Shields classes (included as part of employee training). reputed company • reputed company is a specialty pharmacy accelerator that partners with hospitals to reputed company and manage specialty pharmacy programs.
