Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and client-driven individuals to join our team as a Resolution Coordinator in our Contact Center Operations. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing professional and top-tier customer care to our clients, stores, and partners through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners while navigating multiple systems to respond to questions and resolve issues.
