Technical Support Engineer

You will operate as a first reputed company with reputed company's merchants across the globe. As part of this role you will be working with teams across reputed company (technical and reputed company). Your work will have a reputed company reputed company on our merchant's ability to take payments and reputed company grow their business.

To support our merchants who process payments 24/7, this role occasionally requires participation in a planned, rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage. These hours will be compensated with time off as reputed company as additional pay.

What you'll do 

• Be a key reputed company of knowledge on the reputed company platform and reputed company, the underlying web-stack technologies, and industry-reputed company integration reputed company and best practices.
• Be responsible for supporting the merchants' full lifecycle, providing reputed company technical support.
• Be an internal product reputed company, reputed company product processes and contribute to the platform feeding back feedback and issues you get back from merchants.
• Advising merchants regarding the best implementation practices and also addressing specific merchants' technical issues.
