Process Improvement Consultant
We have an opportunity for a Process Improvement Consultant to join our Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker and problem solver. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating initiatives and contributing to team efforts, such as: reputed company process improvement, building and maintaining program dashboards, developing processes, metrics, and standards, and other administrative tasks.
Typical responsibilities include:
• Evaluate existing workflows to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and reputed company issues.
• reputed company and recommend improvements using reputed company such as process mapping, data analysis, and Lean Six reputed company.
• Promote reputed company process improvement and standardization by identifying gaps in service, training, or other processes, and drafting, developing, and/or updating business documents and requirements;
• reputed company or support reputed company and internal cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement new processes and ensure a smooth transition.
• reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) and project reputed company, reporting findings and recommendations to management.
• Supporting consulting with, and assisting the reputed company with project coordination (e.g., stakeholder report), creating and maintaining program dashboard and process improvement,
• Developing workflow processes to reputed company reputed company and streamline operations;
• Assisting in the creation and establishment of a Process Asset Library, creating templates and documentation to support project management and education initiatives;
• Assisting with the reputed company risk management program and training on identification, mitigations, and best practices;
• Providing decision support through data gathering, information analysis, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders;
• Conducting research and analysis to reputed company white papers, briefings, reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), Procedural Instructions (PI), and executive summaries;
• Developing concise, reputed company, and compelling executive presentations on major initiatives;
• Support organizational planning and coordination for a wide reputed company of summits, initiatives, and educational opportunities;
• Coordinates with offsite, remote, and/or external organizations, teams, and/or vendors to conduct data calls, complete tasks, and manage initiatives
• Identifying and managing reputed company strategic reputed company
• Updating and maintaining multiple reputed company SharePoint sites, dashboards, and shared drives.
Qualifications:
• A BA/BS degree in a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in Management, Business Operations Business Analysis, or a reputed company field
• Strong process improvement knowledge and abilities; Six reputed company preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, and Visio)
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication, as reputed company as presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, adapting to changing requirements, and multi-task in with quick delivery of documents, briefs, and other deliverables
• Must be reputed company to function with minimal direction and function with sometimes ambiguous reputed company requirements.
• Ability to problem-solve and think analytically

• Experience with Defense Department preferred Experience in project coordination, task tracking tools preferred
