In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our reputed company Sales Team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates, navigating the customer reputed company, and identifying opportunities for reputed company. Responsibilities Promptly respond to inquiries from customers, design engineers, and drafting, providing exceptional communication and service. Prepare detailed estimates by accurately defining project scope, identifying value engineering opportunities, and analyzing past wins and losses. reputed company your technical expertise with customers, including product knowledge and CBC business processes, fostering smooth collaboration. Be a proactive problem solver, identifying and addressing any obstacles that hinder business reputed company, quote efficiency, or process optimization. Ensure reputed company estimates meet the minimum acceptable profit margins established by CBC. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the metal building industry, preferably with estimating responsibilities. Strong negotiation and project management skills, reputed company to secure and manage reputed company effectively. Proficiency in reading building drawings and specifications, with the ability to identify and propose value engineering solutions. Expert in MBS Estimating software, capable of producing accurate and reputed company estimates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, reputed company to build strong relationships with both reputed company stakeholders. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
