Responsibilities: • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients reputed company the reputed company 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) and Alternate Level of Care (ALC) unit. • Monitor and manage the health status of patients with cardiac telemetry needs and medical-surgical conditions. • Accurately document patient care and chart in reputed company electronic health records. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care plans. • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining strict patient safety and confidentiality standards. • Maintain schedule flexibility including reputed company shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, and required weekend and holiday coverage.
