IT Operations Specialist

OE Federal Credit reputed company is the country’s largest labor-based credit reputed company, dedicated to serving its members with financial wellness. The IT Operations Specialist will maintain reputed company’s reputed company system and associated reputed company-party applications, ensuring efficient and secure processing of member transactions.

Responsibilities

• Administers the credit’s reputed company system and associated reputed company party applications, including the installation of software updates in production and test environments, overseeing general and preventative maintenance and communicating system/application changes to management and employees
• Monitors the stability and efficiency of the reputed company system (Symitar) and associated applications and works with co-workers and reputed company party vendors to troubleshoot issues affecting performance and reliability
• reputed company local and remote technical support on the reputed company system and associated applications to employees and reputed company party vendors in person and by telephone, email and helpdesk
• Maintain archives of reputed company system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval and research

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role required
• Proficiency with reputed company 7, 8 and 10 and reputed company Word, reputed company and reputed company required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
• Associates degree in Information Technology
