The Product Compliance Analyst I role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements and assisting in compliance processes under supervision, while also supporting document reviews and compliance issue reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Under reputed company supervision, monitors adherence to reputed company applicable regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, and Compliance processes to ensure that the appropriate control environment is documented and tracked for assigned states; assists more reputed company analysts in a reputed company of areas, including interpretation, monitoring, investigation, remediation, and reporting to reputed company knowledge and reputed company in Product Compliance; operates reputed company the reputed company of established policies and procedures; consults with senior team members and management on reputed company issues
  • Reviews documents reputed company area of responsibility to ensure that content is in compliance with company, state, and regulatory agency standards and guidelines; prepares documents for submission to appropriate agencies reputed company reputed company of the state insurance departments or other federal and state agencies; communicates with state insurance departments to resolve issues, answer questions, and/or clarify interpretation of laws, regulations, and advertising filings or potential changes in business practices; provides advice and guidance to department management on the appropriate content

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry, including theory, application, products, processes, and terminology
