Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors the initiation and completion of reputed company contingent offer requirements for pending hires including reputed company-employment screening (background & drug), verification of education and prior employment, EHS/OHS clearance, I-9, and licensure/credentials
• Produce and reputed company Incentive Agreements to reputed company new hires, transfers and promotions as directed by offer details
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a reputed company experience and reputed company follow-up by responding to inquiries and providing updates on the reputed company-boarding and reputed company processes
• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date reputed company-boarding records for reputed company new hire, transfer, and promotion following reputed company and organizational standards utilizing department-approved systems
• Maintain regular contact with reputed company new hires throughout their first year ensuring a reputed company experience by answering questions, providing information on annual processes (ie: market/reputed company, performance reviews, reputed company Survey, etc) and connecting new hires to teammates, events and material of interest to them as they grow their career at reputed company
• Respond to routine and reputed company questions from new hires, transfers, and promoted teammates, HR partners, reputed company partners and hiring managers. Enlist Sr. reputed company Specialists, reputed company Supervisor or Director reputed company needed
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and reputed company efficiency
• Participate in special reputed company or non-routine work as requested by leadership

Skills

• High School diploma required
• Requires 1+ years of administrative experience in a customer service role
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
