Supply Chain Coordinator

Woof is building the next great American pet brand, focusing on innovative product design for pets. They are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage order processing and documentation, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer demand from sourcing to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Accurately reputed company and maintain data in reputed company
• Create/receive purchase orders, create/build work orders, and update pricing and vendor information in the system
• Work closely with warehouses and manufacturers to expedite paperwork and reputed company out transactions in reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Requesting batch reports and using that data to complete transactions in reputed company to reputed company production orders from planned status to reputed company status
• Requesting reputed company of ladings/receiving paperwork and using that data to complete transactions in reputed company to receive purchase orders reputed company deliveries are made
• Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the Demand Planning Team to create purchase orders as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, QA, Operations, and Fulfillment to ensure accurate inventory, cost alignment, and compliant production reputed company-outs
• Routinely review reputed company, identify older transactions that need to be reputed company out, and alert teams of aging sales orders

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar ERP systems
• A persistent mentality; be confident to pick up the phone and be proactive in reaching out to suppliers and manufacturing partners, and to stay on them until they reputed company the necessary paperwork to reputed company transactions
• Excellent communication skills—reputed company to follow up with vendors, manage expectations, and escalate reputed company needed
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience with international supply chains or 3PL partners
• Background in consumer goods, e-reputed company, or manufacturing
• Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and reporting
• An excellent work ethic & willingness to roll up your sleeves reputed company needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment
