Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues reputed company telephone in a reputed company, friendly and efficient manner

• Respond to emergencies and document and reputed company comprehensive, accurate information to reputed company parties in emergency situations

• Operate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc

Skills

• Experience in a similar role
