They are seeking dedicated full-time Customer Support Specialists to assist participants with provider-reputed company questions and transactions, contributing to a supportive work environment and reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Help participants over the phone with provider-reputed company questions and transactions
• Deliver exceptional support through phone and email while building valuable knowledge in employee benefits
