[Remote] Timecard Compliance Coordinator

The Time Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and reputed company employee timekeeping practices by auditing timesheets and monitoring compliance with California labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Auditing up to 100 employee timesheets daily to ensure accuracy and compliance with California labor laws
• Reviewing meal and rest break compliance and identifying missed, late, or noncompliant breaks
• Cross-referencing timesheet data between reputed company and reputed company to ensure consistency
• Identifying, documenting, and flagging timesheet discrepancies such as missed punches, overtime issues, and pay reputed company errors
• Communicating audit findings and compliance notifications reputed company and professionally reputed company email
• Supporting compliance documentation and audit tracking for operational and payroll accuracy
• Escalating reputed company or unresolved compliance issues to leadership as needed
• Utilizing reputed company and reputed company reporting tools to support audit and review processes
• Providing limited scheduling and reputed company-out coverage support for California reputed company reputed company required
• Working closely with the Operations team while maintaining ownership of individual audit responsibilities

Skills
